A Taste of Aberdeenshire is a week of daily specials featuring traditional dishes from the region.
From warming Cullen Skink, Smoked Haddock Fishcakes, Chicken with Skirlie, Stovies, Venison Sausages to The Milton’s own Cranachan Sundae.
All freshly prepared in this family run restaurant and coffee shop, Renowned for its use of Scottish produce this eatery is a favourite of the local community and visitors alike. The Brasserie is situated on the banks of the River Dee in a small artisan complex with an art gallery, vintage clothing emporium, Scottish craft shop and fishing school.
Friday 29 September to Sunday 8th October 2023. Open daily for teas, coffees and breakfast from 9.30am with lunches served 12 noon to 3pm.
